PERSONAL ONE ON ONE SESSIONS

I work personally with people in a series of sessions assisting them during the personal session while also teaching them practices which they can do at home. Practices which help to get out of the head and to feel into the body, releasing unresolved emotional conflics and stress resulting in a feeling of deep relaxation, freedom and well being in the body. 

 

In a session we first share about your personal experiences and progress. Afterwards we move to movement and breathing exercises from the Bioenergetics and Healing Tao systems. I teach these exercises so that they can be practiced at home. Clients recieve videos which they can practice in their own time. Lastly we do a biodynamic breathwork and bodywork session, I assist in the relase of stress and tension. In my personal sessions with clients I use a combination of these different healing modalities as I believe it is more effective to combine different practices, working not only with the body but also with the mind and emotions in order to prevent stress and improve overall health and wellbeing.

 

The Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System: Using breath as a main tool with the help of supporting elements such as bioenergetics exercizes movement, touch, sound, conscious emotional expression and meditation to support tension release.

The Universal Healing Tao System: Healing Tao is a practice system in which qigong exercises (exercises to promote flow of vital energy), posture exercises and meditations are used to transform stress into vitality. 

Bodywork: ​conscious touch is used at many levels, from the body’s energetic field to contact with core muscles. It’s applied with sensitivity to increase awareness and support energy flow.

 Prices for the Session 

A first personal intake session is free and takes 30 minutes.

 

The length of one personal session is 2 hours.

 

The costs for one session is €90. 

The costs for a personal program of 8 sessions is €650
