Breathwork, bodywork, movement, meditation and music program

I work personally with people in a series of sessions assisting them with breath and bodywork while also teaching  practices which can be done at home. Practices which help to get out of the head and to feel into the body, releasing physical and emotional stress resulting in a feeling of deep relaxation, freedom and well being in the body. 


During a personal session we share about your current situation and need and your personal progress. Then we move on to movement and breathing exercises that are selected according to your needs. I think it is very important that people exercise regularly on their own time to maintain a state of inner peace and vitality. You will receive videos, audio recordings of texts with exercises for this. During the session we also work with the breath, also called breathwork, and bodywork massage to help the body relax at a deep level. We achieve inner peace, relaxation and vibrance.

The Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System: Using breath as a main tool with the help of supporting elements such as bioenergetics exercizes movement, touch, sound, conscious emotional expression and meditation to support tension release.

The Universal Healing Tao System: Healing Tao is a practice system in which qigong exercises (exercises to promote flow of vital energy), posture exercises and meditations are used to transform stress into vitality. 

Bodywork: ​Conscious touch is used at many levels, from the body’s energetic field to contact with core muscles. It’s applied with sensitivity to increase awareness and support energy flow.

A first free personal intake session is and takes 30 minutes.


The length of one personal session is 2 hours.


The costs for one session is €90.
