Breath and Body Therapy 

In my personal sessions with clients I use the Biodynamic Breathwork method. The BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® is a body oriented therapeutic approach that uses breath as a main tool with the help of supporting elements such as movement, touch, sound, conscious emotional expression and meditation to support tension release. This method has been used successfuly used to help with stress related illnesses, trauma, anxiety and depression. 

In a session we would first have a talk sharing. Afterwards we move to movement and breathing exercises from the Bioenergetics and Healing Tao systems. I teach these exercises so that they can be practiced at home. Clients recieve videos which they can practice with in their own time. Lastly we do a biodynamic breathwork session.

 Prices for the Session 

The minimum length of a personal session is 2 hours. The costs for a session are  €90.
